The Customer Service Representative will be part of a Customer Services team in a relative young dynamic and fast pacing environment. The primary responsibility includes order processing, resolving customer and/or order related issues and interface between internal departments such as sales teams, Marketing, Logistics and Warehousing to ensure a high quality and efficient service to maintain a rewarding relationship with our customers mainly in the UK and France. The Customer Service Representative will be supervised by the CS supervisor and finally report to the Finance Manager.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and other contacts via in and outbound calls and email contact
- Order processing and order book management
- Identify and resolve proactively customer/order related issues
- Proactive follow-up on sales enquiries
- Provide functional backup to all areas within customer operations
- Maintain database with customer profiles
- Asking the right and relevant questions – make a difference in this as a person
- Leads generation through outbound calling
Profile and qualifications
- Enthusiast and driven person with hands on approach
- Confident to approach new and existing clients and contacts
- Bilingual in French and English
- Team player
- Must be able to perform well in a multi-task demanding environment
- Able to research and assimilate various forms of information
- Self-starter with the ability to take initiative
- Must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills preferably with Customer Services/Account Management experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with MS Office, CRM and order entry systems
- Must be detail oriented
- MBO (Middelbaar Beroepsonderwijs) or HBO starter
