The Customer Service Representative will be part of a Customer Services team in a relative young dynamic and fast pacing environment. The primary responsibility includes order processing, resolving customer and/or order related issues and interface between internal departments such as sales teams, Marketing, Logistics and Warehousing to ensure a high quality and efficient service to maintain a rewarding relationship with our customers mainly in the UK and France. The Customer Service Representative will be supervised by the CS supervisor and finally report to the Finance Manager.
