Responsibilities

 

Build and maintain relationships with customers and other contacts in the building industry via in and outbound calls and email contact
Order processing and order book management
Identify and resolve proactively customer/order related issues
Proactive follow-up on sales enquiries
Provide functional backup to all areas within customer operations
Maintain database with customer profiles
Asking  the right and relevant questions – make a difference in this as a person
Leads generation through outbound calling.

Profile and qualifications

Enthusiast and driven person with hands on approach
Confident to approach new and existing clients and contacts
Team player
Must be able to perform well in a multi-task demanding environment
Able to research and assimilate various forms of information
Self-starter with the ability to take initiative
Must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
preferably with Customer Services/Account Management experience in a manufacturing environment.

Experience with MS Office, CRM and order entry systems
Must be detail oriented
MBO (Middelbaar Beroepsonderwijs) or HBO starterAmsterdam
