To strengthen our IT Support Desk we would like to get in contact with candidates for the position of:

To maintain the integrity and availability of IT service experienced by end-users.
support the use of those services and their components. They work in a flexible way, being involved in a variety of activities including problem resolution; installation, configuration and upgrade of service components; and the technical administration and monitoring of IT services.
Helpdesk Technicians are experienced members of the department, and may be involved in solving complex inquiries and the design and implementation of solutions. A common attribute of Technical Service Specialists is “problem ownership”.
The Helpdesk Technician is strong in communication and is very customer orientated. He or she has very good organisational skills and is able to take ownership. The perfect candidate has a pro active attitude, is motivated to always deliver quality service
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Provide solutions to customers with inquiries
Identify and resolve technical issues affecting customer client systems
Troubleshoot technical issues of clients customers
Supports the customer in all aspects through to problem resolution
Keep the customer informed and updated throughout life of incident
Administration — execution of offers and orders and completing of all administration required
The client is a well known Japanese computer company
WHAT MUST YOU HAVE?
Minimum MBO level 3 / 4 (English equivalent: Secondary Vocational Education)
Native target languages always in combination with correctly spoken and written English
At least 6 months proven experience in a Service Desk environment
Being able to work in shifts on in a 7 days a week, 24 hours a day environment
No criminal record and/or registered at Police for criminal offences as required by our clients (screening may take place)
WHAT HAS OUR PREFERENCE?
Experience in an IT-related Service Desk environment
Proven skills or certification in Windows 7, XP, ITIL, Service Desk ticketing tool (eg. Top Desk)
Work-home distance less than 1 hour travel time
Certification in abovementioned IT skills
