Garrett Leight California Optical is looking for a motivated Customer Service Associate to join our rapidly growing company. The ideal candidate is multi-lingual (English, French, Dutch) has a friendly personality, excellent communication skills and a strong desire to learn. This is an entry-level position and reports to the Customer Service Manager.


Duties include:

– Answering phone calls and emails from customers and sales reps

– Entering orders and return authorizations using the company’s ERP software

– Assist in processing returns from customers

– Help provide customers with invoices, credits, statements, payment reminders etc.

– Assist in preparing reports and data entry for customer service

– Assist in daily operational, administrative and logistics functions



University degree

Fluent in English, French and Dutch (written and spoken)

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Excellent computer skills (Outlook, Excel and Word)

Experience in customer service and ERP systems is a plus
