Currently our clients are mainly in Europe and the Middle East, with increasing opportunities in Asia, North and South America. Our business is expanding significantly and we are looking for a new Search Consultant to join our team.

Role Description and Responsibilities:
Thomas Thor Associates is looking for a native French-speaker to work in our Amsterdam headquarters and to support the business in finding and qualifying the best candidates on the French-speaking markets. You will be working within the Global Search Team on structured international candidate searches. The role includes advertising, running database searches, head hunting and networking to identify candidates that match vacancies of our clients. You will then be carrying out telephone interviews with potential candidates and preparing short lists. We will support your personal and professional development through extensive training and coaching delivered both by our internal Training Manager and by a specialised training company.
Responsibilities for this role include:
Take comprehensive job descriptions from the Sales Consultants and create job adverts
Carry our international candidate searches in our database and on external channels such as LinkedIn or job boards
Build and manage relationships with professionals in the nuclear energy sector
Screen CVs and interview candidates through the phone or through Skype
Prepare head hunting campaigns and carry out head hunting calls
Deliver short lists of suitable candidates for submission to our clients.
Essential Skills & Experience
6 to 18 months experience in a Business to Business client or customer facing environment
Native French language skills
Experience in holding structured professional conversations on the telephone
Experience working with databases and/or CRM systems
Excellent communication skills
Business level English language skills
Strong evidence of team work as well as working independently
Bachelor’s degree in Social sciences, Communication, Psychology or other related fields
Based in or willing to relocate to Amsterdam metropolitan area
Holder of EU citizenship or of VISA to work within the EU.
Experience in recruitment, marketing or sales
